All Firearms must either be picked up in our store or shipped to another Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) holder.  If we ship to another FFL you will be charged separately for shipping & handling from our store to their location.  Wild West Traders does not release on a NICS “delay”. 

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase pistol and rifle ammunition. 

Transaction Cancellation Notice 

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction deemed by us as not to be in the best interest of Wild West Traders, LLC.

In Store Pick-Up 

There are no transfer charges for in store pick-up.

When we receive the firearm in we will log it into our inventory system and give you a call to let you know to pick it up …………………..we will call you ASAP!

·         Your firearm may not be available immediately.  It might be a day or so before it is ready to pick up.  We will try to have it available as soon as possible, but things happen.  Sometimes we are busier than others and might not have time to get it ready to go immediately.  We know that you are excited to get your new firearm and we will do what we can to make your wait as short as possible.

When you get the call, come on up to Wild West Traders store location at 2445 Austell Road in Marietta GA.  At the store  you will need to complete the appropriate paperwork (Form 4473) for your background check.  Once we receive a “proceed” from the NICS check system you may take possession of the firearm.   Wild West Traders DOES NOT release on a “delay” or “deny”.

Transfers Out/ Shipping to another FFL 

There is a flat shipping & handling rate of $35 if we will ship a firearm to another FFL.

When we receive the firearm in we will log it into our inventory system and give you a call to let you know it is ready to ship…………………..we will call you ASAP!

You provide us with the information on our attached Firearms Transfer Form and then we will contact the other FFL for a copy of their license. Once we get a copy of their license and verify they are a legitimate FFL you pay us the flat shipping & handling rate of $35 and we will ship the firearm to the other FFL’s store location of record.

You do not need to complete a Form 4473 for your background check at Wild West Traders; the other FFL will do so when your firearm arrives at their location and is ready for you to pick up.
